Kindly refer to the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders No. 1/2022 of Beryl 8 Plus Public Company Limited (the "Company") held on Thursday July 7, 2022 at 10.00 hrs., via electronic means (E-EGM) in accordance with the Electronic Conference Security Standard. The live streaming of the meeting was conducted from the Company's Head Office, located at 33/4, the 9th Tower Grand Rama 9 Building (Tower B), 19th Floor, Rama 9 Road, Huai Khwang, Bangkok 10310. The copy of the minutes of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders No. 1/2022 was submitted to the Stock Exchange of Thailand ("SET") within 14 days from the shareholders' meeting date as required by the SET.
