Tianjin Economic-Technological Development Area Shanjiao Materials Trade Supply Chain Research Inst agreed to acquire additional 5% stake in Shanjiao Tianhai Co., Ltd. from Bestway Marine & Energy Technology Co.,Ltd (SZSE:300008) for approximately CNY 5 million on April 21, 2023. Within 7 working days from the agreement effective date, Tianjin Economic-Technological Development Area Shanjiao Materials Trade Supply Chain Research Institute will pay the full amount. Shanjiao Tianhai Co., Ltd. reported total assets CNY 216.71 million, and net assets CNY 102.54 million on March 31, 2023. Bestway Marine & Energy Technology board of directors approved the transaction and does not need the Shareholders? Approval.

Bestway Marine & Energy Technology Co., Ltd., formerly Shanghai Bestway Marine Engineering Design Co., Ltd, is engaged in the provision of ship and marine engineering design services, engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) services, as well as the distribution of natural gas. The Company is also engaged in the engineering supervision, the distribution of yachts, the provision of logistics services, the manufacture of furniture and others. The Company operates its businesses in both domestic market and to overseas market.
