BETER BED HOLDING N.V. The Supervisory Board of Beter Bed Holding N.V. intends to appoint John Kruijssen as Chief Executive Officer and Statutory Director. John will be involved in the day-to-day operations as per April 1, 2018. John Kruijssen has served since 2015 as CEO of the Detailresult Groep N.V. He previously gained 20 years of experience in a diverse range of managerial positions at companies including Markeur Holding B.V., Royal Dutch Shell, Unigro and Halfords.
The proposed appointment will be placed on the agenda of the General Meeting of Shareholders on 26 April 2018 in accordance with the articles of association and legal and statutory requirements.
