NAVITAS Capital acquired an additional 7.9% minority stake in Beter Bed Holding N.V. (ENXTAM:BBED) from Magical Honour Limited on December 30, 2021. Post transaction, NAVITAS Capital holds 16.8% stake in Beter Bed Holding N.V. Jan-Hendrik Horsmeier, Mark-Jan Arends and Han Teerink of Clifford Chance LLP acted as legal advisors to NAVITAS Capital. Jan Willem Hoevers and Constantijn Voogt of De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek N.V. acted as legal advisors to Beter Bed Holding N.V. and NautaDutilh N.V. acted as legal advisor to Magical Honour Limited.
