BGT Group Co Ltd is a China-based company mainly engaged in the recycling of sewage and deep treatment of water. The Company operates its business through three segments. The Water Treatment Solutions segment mainly provides customers with water treatment engineering systems and engineering construction services. The Operation Management and Technical Service segment provides customers with operation management services and services such as design, research and development, on-site technical guidance, device cleaning and problem diagnosis. The Commodity Manufacture and Sales segment is engaged in the processing and sales of ultrafiltration devices, reverse osmosis devices and other water treatment equipment and supporting equipment, as well as the sales of various equipment accessories, pharmaceuticals, membranes and other spare parts.
