Pursuant to the Listing Regulations, we would like to inform you that, we have sent individual notices by means of e-mail and speed post on addresses registered in the Company's records on June 16, 2022 to all the shareholders whose dividend remains unpaid/ unclaimed for seven or more consecutive years commencing from the unpaid Final Dividend for the year 2014-2015 and whose shares are liable to be transferred to the IEPF under the provisions of Section 124(6) of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Refund) Rules, 2016, as amended from time to time.
