BioSwan, Inc. signed a stock sale and purchase agreement to acquire a 3.42% stake in CleanPath Resources Corp. (OTCPK:CLNP) from BioAdaptives, Inc. for $0.06 million in stock on May 21, 2014. As consideration, BioSwan will transfer 1.06 million restricted stock of Hemp, Inc. to BioAdaptives in exchange for 200 million restricted stock of CleanPath in this transaction.

BioAdaptives, Inc. manufactures and distributes natural plant and algal-based products that improve health and wellness for humans and animals, with an emphasis on optimizing pain relief, antiviral activity, and immune system defense; resistance to stress; endurance; recovery from injury, illness, and exercise; and anti-aging properties. Its products include dietary supplements using natural ingredients and proprietary methods of optimizing the availability of nutrients in foods and beverages.
