Novo Nordisk A/S (CPSE:NOVO B) agreed to acquire a 64.4% stake in Biocorp Production (ENXTPA:ALCOR) for €99.1 million on June 19, 2023. Under the terms, €35 per share in cash will be paid. Acquisition is subject to subject to customary regulatory approvals.
