BIOTON : Current report 2015/20 dated 15.07.2015

BIOTON S.A. ('Company') informs that on 14.07.2015 the Company was notified by ALTUS Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A. ('Altus'), on behalf of the investment funds managed by Altus ('Altus Funds'), that Altus Funds have reduced the share in the overall number of votes in the Company below the threshold of 5% ('Decrease').
The Decrease was caused by the settlement, on 13.07.2015, of the transaction of disposal of
5,151,852 Company shares by Altus Funds outside the regulated market on 13.07.2015 ('Disposal').
Before the Disposal Altus Funds held the total of 7,435,637 shares of the Company entitling to 7,435,637 votes constituting 8.66% of the share capital and entitling to exercising 8.66% of the overall number of votes at the General Meeting of the Company.
In the result of the Disposal Altus Funds hold the total of 2,313,785 shares of the Company entitling to 2,313,785 votes constituting 2.69% of the share capital and entitling to exercising
2.69% of the overall number of votes at the General Meeting of the Company.
Moreover, Altus has also reported that there are no entities dependent on the shareholders issuing this notification, who are holding Company shares, and there are no individuals, referred to in Art. 87 clause 1 item 3 letter c of the act of 29th July 2005 on public offering and conditions of introduction of financial instruments to the organised trading system and on public companies (Journal of Laws of 2005, No. 184, item 1539 as amended), in relationship to the shareholders.
