The Company's portfolio consists of oral hypoglycemic drugs (metformin and glimepride) as well as recombinant human insulin in pharmaceutical substance form and for injections. Additionally, the Company provides advertising services. As of December 31, 2011, the Company formed a capital group and operated through its subsidiaries, including BIOTON TRADE Sp. z o.o., Mindar Holdings Ltd, Germonta Holdings Ltd, Tricel SA, SciGen Ltd and BioPartners Holdings AG, among others. On June 12, 2014, it sold a 50% stake in Copernicus Sp. z o.o.
