Paramount Star Investments Limited reached agreement to acquire 49% of Direct Selling Business of Bioxyne Limited from Bioxyne Limited for $1 million.

Bioxyne Limited is an Australia-based international consumer health and pharmaceutical company. The Company is focused on health and wellness products, psychotropic and investigational medicines. The Company operates through three segments: Wholesale PCC/USA, Consumer Health Products UK/ EU/JPN, Pharmaceuticals AUS. Its subsidiary, Breathe Life Sciences (BLS) manufactures, commercializes, and distributes plant-based wellness products and supplements, including cannabidiol (CBD), cannabis extracts, vitamins, manuka honey, skin care products and mushroom complexes.
