It is involved in several downstream value-added graphite processing opportunities in both India and Europe prime locations for downstream graphite product. Its three core projects include Maniry Graphite Project in Madagascar, Panthera Expandable Graphite Joint Venture in India, and Battery Anode Materials Plant in Europe. The Company holds 50% interest in the joint venture project with Metachem Manufacturing Company Pvt. Ltd. Its subsidiaries include BlackEarth Australia Pty Ltd, Madagascar Graphite Ltd, and BlackEarth Minerals Madagascar SARL.
