Blancco Technology Group plc announced the following changes to its Board of directors, which take effect March 14, 2017. Matthew Peacock has resigned as a director and Chairman of the Board. After a thorough process Rob Woodward, who has been on the Board since 2013, has been appointed to the role of Chairman.

Rob has a wealth of experience in the Telecoms Media and Technology (TMT) sector. He is currently Chief Executive of STV Group plc and was previously Commercial Director of Channel 4 Television Corporation. Aside from his executive and non-executive experience in the sector Rob has substantial corporate finance expertise, having previously been Managing Director and co-head of European Technology at UBS Warburg.

Earlier in his career he was Managing Partner of Deloitte's European TMT business and UK strategy consulting practice. Rob is also Chair of City, University of London. Philip Rogerson has been appointed as a non-executive director.

He will take on the role of Senior Independent Director from Frank who will continue as chair of the Audit Committee. Philip will chair the Remuneration Committee and will also join the Audit Committee and Nominations Committee. Philip is chairman of De La Rue plc and Bunzl plc.

He also chairs the Advisory Board of the North and East London Commissioning Support Unit (NELCSU) of the NHS. Philip was formerly chairman of Aggreko plc and Carillion plc. He was an executive director of BG plc (formerly British Gas plc) latterly as deputy chairman.

Keith Butcher has resigned from the Board and the company with immediate effect. Simon Herrick has been appointed as interim CFO for a minimum six month period and a process to appoint Keith's permanent successor is underway. Simon has previously served as a director and CFO of PA Consulting Limited, Kesa Electricals PLC, Northern Foods PLC and Debenhams plc.

He is currently a non-executive director of Ramsdens Holdings plc.
