The company amended the terms of the transaction and issued 492,000 shares at a price of CAD 1.25 per share for gross proceeds of CAD 615,000 and 1,080,000 units at a price of CAD 1.25 per unit for the gross proceeds of CAD 1,350,000 for the aggregate gross proceeds of CAD 1,965,000 in its final tranche for the total gross proceeds of CAD 2,997,667.50.
