Director Resignation

On February 7, 2023, Stephen K. Necessary notified the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee of the board of directors (the "Board") of Blonder Tongue Laboratories, Inc. (the "Company") that he will retire from the Board immediately following the Company's 2023 Annual Meeting of Stockholders, scheduled to be held on May 24, 2023. Mr. Necessary has served as a director of the Company since 2018. Mr. Necessary's decision to resign from the Board not the result of any disagreement with management or the Board.
