After the transaction with BNP Paribas Wealth Management SA, the activities of IdB Holdings SA are limited to the holding of investments. The Company has a number of direct and indirect subsidiaries in Luxembourg and the British Virgin Islands among others, including IdB Finance SARL, Insinger Finance (BVI) SA, Insinger Trust Holdings Limited and Insinger de Beaufort Investments Limited. The Company also operates through Bank Insinger de Beaufort NV.
