Blue Sky Alternative Investments Limited Announces Executive Changes

Blue Sky Alternative Investments Limited announced that its Chief Financial Officer, Elizabeth Walker, has resigned for personal reasons, effective from 5 April 2019. Andrew Werro, currently the Company's Chief Risk Officer, will assume the role of Chief Operating Officer from 5 April. As Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Werro will lead the Company's finance, risk and compliance functions.

The search for a new Chief Financial Officer, who will report to the Chief Executive Officer, will commence immediately. As announced on 13 March 2019, Joel Cann is due to commence in the role of the Chief Executive Officer on 15 April 2019 and he will oversee the appointment of the new Chief Financial Officer.
