It is focused on providing integrated terminalling services for companies engaged in the production, distribution, and handling of liquid asphalt that are providing the basic materials for the infrastructure and construction markets. It also provides asphalt terminalling services to marketers and distributors of liquid asphalt and asphalt-related products. The Company is focused on providing integrated terminalling and solutions for infrastructure and transportation end markets. It owns approximately 54 asphalt terminalling facilities in 26 states, consisting of approximately 9.0 million barrels of liquid asphalt storage. Its subsidiaries include BKEP Finance Corporation, BKEP Operating, L.L.C., BKEP Management, Inc., and BKEP Crude, L.L.C.
