Bluelinea gained over 9% on the Paris Bourse on Thursday, after topping the 10 million euro sales threshold for the first time in 2022.

The specialist in connected devices for home support of the elderly and disabled generated record sales of 10.4 million euros last year, up 39% on 2021.

The 'SilverTech' explains that its sales were driven by a solid level of organic growth, estimated at +16%, as well as by the successful integration of Securitas Téléassistance, which enabled it to move into the 'top 5' of the main players in the French remote assistance market.

With the improvement in its sales, Bluelinea expects operating profit (Ebitda) for 2022 to improve significantly on 2021 (proforma Ebitda of -2.1 million euros), moving towards breakeven.

At December 31, 2022, Bluelinea had available cash of four million euros, compared with just 800,000 euros a year earlier.

Apicil, France's third-largest social protection group, holds 60.40% of the company's capital and at least 55.60% of its voting rights.
