Bwv-Wellpappenmaschinen Vertriebs-Gmbh acquired 30% stake in BHS Corrugated Maschinen- und Anlagenbau GmbH from Bobst Group SA.

Bobst Group SA is a Switzerland-based holding company active in the industrial machinery and equipment sector. The Company supplies equipment and services to packaging manufacturers of folding carton, corrugated board and flexible materials.
