Boksit to Open Milk Plant in Milici to Diversify the Operations

Boksit ad Milici is a Bosnia and Herzegovina-based industrial company primarily engaged in the mining sector. Its main activities include bauxite mining, as well as maintenance and repairs of mining equipment. In addition, the Company offers transportation services, heavy machinery and vehicles, buses, tires, primary wood products, non-metals production, mechanical and civil engineering, food production, hotel services and others. Non-metals production includes exploration of limestone, quartzite, sinter and sinter sand, tuff, and marble limestone. Boksit ad Milici runs egg-laying farm, moreover it owns tourist and motel complex Milici. As of December 31, 2011, the Company's minority stakeholders were: Mileks doo Milici, ZIF Balkan Investment Fond ad Banja Luka, Prizma doo Milici and others.
