Bouygues : Amélie Quidor is appointed Bouygues Construction's Director of Human Resources

AMÉLIE QUIDOR IS APPOINTED BOUYGUES CONSTRUCTION'S DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES

Amélie Quidor has been named Director of Human Resources at Bouygues Construction, and in this capacity she will join the Executive Committee.

Providing support for the transformation of Bouygues Construction, her mission will consist of implementing a responsible and attractive HR policy that is unequivocally open to change, to the transformation of working and management methods, and to the widespread development of talent.

She will also be responsible for directing the social aspects of the Group's CSR policy.

Amélie Quidor is a graduate of Sciences Po (the Institut d'Études Politiques de Paris). She gained experience in Human Resources with positions in a number of sectors (automotive, industry, a legal practice) before joining Bouygues Bâtiment Ile-de-France in 2004. She became HR development manager in 2011.

In 2017, Amélie was appointed Director of Human Resources at Bouygues Bâtiment France-Europe, and she took over as Director of Human Resources at Bouygues Immobilier in March 2019.
