NOTICE TO THE MARKET

BR PROPERTIES S.A. ("Company") (BRPR3), in reference to the reverse stock split (grupamento) of all the shares issued by the Company approved at the extraordinary shareholders' meeting held on January 24, 2023, and in addition to the material fact disclosed on the same date, informs its shareholders and the market that the auction to sell the fractional shares resulting from the reverse stock split that remained after the adjustment period that ended on February 23, 2023, which correspond to 2,678 shares already considering the reverse stock split, will be held on the date hereof on the B3 S.A. - Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão ("B3") environment, at 05:55 pm BRT. The Company may also make further successive auctions, until all of the shares are sold. The net proceeds from the sale of these shares will be made available to the respective owners of the fractions sold, proportionally, in accordance with the schedule to be disclosed by the Company.

The Company will keep its shareholders and the market informed on the matter.
