GPIC LLC launched a voluntary tender offer to acquire BR Properties S.A. from GP Capital Partners VI and Thb Jv S.À R.L. and others for approximately BRL 740 million

The Company operates through numerous subsidiaries in a number of Brazilian states, such as Rio Grande do Sul, Rio de Janeiro, Sao Paulo and Minas Gerai. The Company is controlled by GP Real Properties II C LLC.
