The Company's Building Products Australia segment is engaged in the manufacturing of vitrified clay and concrete products used in the building industry. The Building Products North America segment is engaged in the manufacturing of vitrified clay and concrete products used in the building industry. The major product lines in this segment include bricks and masonry blocks. The Industrial Property segment is engaged in the utilization of opportunities associated with land owned by the Company, including the sale of property and investment in property trusts. The Investments segment holds investments in the Australian share market, both for dividend income and capital growth, and includes the investment in Washington H. Soul Pattinson and Company Limited and FBR Limited (FBR).
