Gerald Baack said during the 2022 Fourth Quarter Earnings Call, "Lastly, we want to implement initiatives that prepare us for the longer-term success. This includes the C&I build-out initiative Nick mentioned earlier as well as preparing to be opportunistic as M&A opportunities become available".
