Broadwind, Inc. announced that Thomas A. Ciccone has been appointed as Vice President and Principal Financial Officer of Broadwind effective August 10, 2022. The Board of Directors had previously appointed Eric Blashford, President and CEO of Broadwind, as Principal Financial Officer and interim Chief Financial Officer in October 2021.Mr. Ciccone, 47, has served as Vice President of the Company since September 2021 and Principal Accounting Officer of the Company since October 2021. Mr. Ciccone has served as Corporate Controller, Assistant Treasurer and Assistant Secretary of the Company since August 2017.
He joined the Company in 2008 as Accounting Manager, and has since held various corporate finance roles including Director of Finance and Manager of External Reporting. Mr. Ciccone is a certified public accountant (non-practicing) in the state of Illinois and holds a Bachelor of Science in accounting from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
Broadwind Inc. is a precision manufacturer of structures, equipment and components for clean tech and other specialized applications. The Company operates through three segments: Heavy Fabrications, Gearing, and Industrial Solutions. The Heavy Fabrications segment provides large, complex and precision fabrications to customers in a broad range of industrial markets.
