Brødrene Hartmann A/S announced that Flemming Steen steps down from his role as CFO by mutual agreement with the board of directors to pursue challenges outside Hartmann. Flemming Steen joined Hartmann in 2018 bringing vast experience from several listed companies. The change is effective as of July 21, 2023 and the board of directors now initiates a process to fill the CFO.

Broedrene Hartmann A/S is a Denmark-based company engaged in the manufacture of molded-fiber packaging that is used primarily for eggs. The Company's activities are divided into two geographical segments: Europe and North America. The Europe segment comprises production and sale of molded-fiber packaging in Europe, including Israel, as well as the sale of machinery for molded-fiber packaging production and the combined heat and power plant in Toender, which is located in Denmark. The North America segment includes the production and sale activities in the North America. Its customer portfolio comprises egg producers, egg packaging businesses, retail chains and buyers of industrial packaging. Furthermore, the Company is a parent of Hartmann (UK) Ltd, Hartmann France Sarl, Hartmann Verpackung AG, Hartmann-Schwedt GmbH, Hartmann-Mai Ltd, and Hartmann-Hungary Kft, among others.
