Brookfield Global Listed Infrastructure Income Fund Inc. Announces Executive Changes, Effective September 14, 2016

Brookfield Investment Management Inc. announced that Leonardo Anguiano will assume portfolio management responsibilities for the Brookfield Global Listed Infrastructure Income Fund Inc. alongside Co-Portfolio Manager Craig Noble, who has been a portfolio manager since the launch of the Fund and has led the firm's infrastructure securities investing platform since its inception. Sam Arnold, a current Co-Portfolio Manager on the Fund is leaving the firm effective September 14, 2016. Mr. Anguiano joined Brookfield over a year ago to take on a leadership role within the listed infrastructure team. In his expanded role, Leonardo brings to the team nearly 20 years of infrastructure experience, including direct infrastructure investments, sell-side research, capital raising and IPO processes, and public securities investing.
Brookfield Global Listed Infrastructure Income Fund Inc. (the Fund) is a non-diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Fund's investment objective is to provide a high level of total return, with an emphasis on income. The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing primarily in securities of publicly traded infrastructure companies. The Fund's invests in various sectors, such as pipelines, electric utilities and generation, midstream, telecommunications, toll roads, water, electricity transmission and distribution, airports, gas utilities, communications and other. The Funds geographical portfolio includes the United States, Italy, the United Kingdom, Spain, Australia, France, Switzerland, New Zealand, Brazil, Germany and Mexico. The Fund's advisor is Brookfield Investment Management Inc. (BIM).
