BTS Group AB (publ) (OM:BTS B) agreed to acquire the business, operations, and all the operating assets of The Boda Group for $0.6 million on May 2, 2023. As per the terms of the deal, BTS shall pay an initial cash consideration as well as an issue of new BTS shares representing a value of $0.6 million. Additional purchase price considerations will be paid between 2024 and 2027 provided Boda meets specific targets during that period.
In 2022, The Boda Group reported a total revenues of $11 million.
