BTS : Signs strategic agreement to include Yumi’s nudging platform in BTS global offering

STOCKHOLM, SWEDEN - BTS Group AB (publ), a leading global strategy implementation company, partners with Feedback Loop Srl and invests in the nudging platform Yumi (https://www.yumi.network/en/), launched in Italy in 2018. Yumi is a digital platform supporting change initiatives, which supports employees in improving their work through personal insights and suggestions from colleagues. Yumi also provides companies with organizational network analysis and diagnostics on the progress of change initiatives.

With this agreement BTS can integrate an innovative solution that pushes the themes of people analytics and nudging and is already successfully used by corporate clients from different industries, into its digital offering. The integration of Yumi will enable BTS to support its clients in an even more data-driven approach to change and enhance employee engagement. The agreement will offer Yumi access to a large international market and integration with innovative coaching, training, leadership development and cultural design tools and services offered by BTS.
