Kaibo Foods Company Limited (Kaibo Foods) is a producer of potato starch. The Company's potato starch is sold under the Wei Bao and Jiabao brands. The Company's potato starch is used by makers of noodles, instant noodles, dumplings, fishballs, shrimp balls, meatballs, and many other mainstream Chinese foods. As of December 31, 2011, the Company's overall production capacity is 111,500 metric tons per year. The Company sells its products to distributors and food processing companies. The Company provides farmer education and assistance. The Company's Wei Bao brand is used primarily in the food processing industry while the Company's Jiabao brand is used in the restaurant industry. During the year ended December 31, 2011, approximately 98% of the Company's revenue came from products sold under Wei Bao brand name, and the Jiaobao brand accounted for approximately 2% of the Company's revenue.
