Group Public Company Limited at its board meeting held on March 13, 2023 approved the appointment of 2 new Independent Director namely: Miss Yaowarote Klinboon, Independent Director and Miss Pimonyupa Suvarnajata, Independent Director. The company also approved the appointment of the President of Corporate Finance and Business Development instead of the former person who resigned because due to need to perform other tasks as follows: Former: Mr. Sawai Chatchairungruang. New: Mr. Bannat Nakhaphan.
Effective from March 14, 2023 onwards.
