Cache Inc. along with its affiliates filed a voluntary petition for reorganization under Chapter 11 in the US Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware on February 4, 2015. The affiliates include Caché of Las Vegas, Inc. and Caché of Virginia, Inc. The debtor listed its assets of $38.79 million and liabilities of $84.11 million. The largest unsecured creditors include Simon Property Group Inc., General Growth Properties, Inc, UPS Supply Chain Solutions, Inc., Betsy & Adam, Ltd., KNF International co.,ltd., Westfield Corp., AmosEastern Apparel Inc, Cyrus, LDC Inc and The Taubman Company LLC.

The debtor is represented by Laura Davis Jones, Peter J. Keane and Colin R. Robinson of Pachulski Stang Ziehl & Jones LLP and Catherine Scholmann Robertson of Pahl & McCay PLC as its legal counsels, Thompson Hine LLP as corporate and securities counsel, Jackson Lewis P.C. as employment law counsel, Janney Montgomery Scott LLC as Financial Advisor and Investment Banker and Mark Renzi of FTI Consulting Inc. as its Chief Restructuring Officer. Debtor also hired Evan Gershhein of Kurtzman Carson Consultants LLC as its claims and noticing agent and paid them a retainer in the amount of $25000 and Epiq Systems Inc. to provide communications services for its chapter 11 case. Jenette A. Barrow-Bosshart, Gianfranco Finizio and David M. Posner of Otterbourg P.C and Scott D. Cousins and Evan T. Miller of Bayard, P.A. as co-counsels and David E. Galfus of Capstone Advisory Group, LLC and Capstone Valuation Services, LLC acted as financial advisors to the official committee of unsecured creditors.

Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors hired David Galfus, William Russo, Rick Wright, and James Geraghty of Berkeley Research Group, LLC as Substitute Financial Advisor as many of Capstone's members and employees, including the Capstone personnel involved in these chapter 11 cases joined Berkeley Research Group, LLC and ended their affiliation with Capstone.
