Arendal, S. De R.L. De C.V. made a bid to acquire HOC Offshore S. de R.L. de C.V. and Tiburón Ingeniería y Construcción from Cal Dive International Inc (OTCPK:CDVI.Q) and Affiliated Marine Contractors, Inc. for $4.5 million on July 22, 2015. Post-closing, appointment of new Directors of the HOC Offshore and Tiburón Ingeniería will be determined by Arendal, S. De. The transaction is subject to regulatory and bankruptcy court approval.
