Calvin B. Taylor Bankshares, Inc. announced that the Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.30 per share, up $0.01, or 3.45%, from the prior quarter. This dividend is payable on April 15, 2022 to stockholders of record as of March 31, 2022.
Calvin B. Taylor Bankshares, Inc. is the bank holding company for Calvin B. Taylor Banking Company of Berlin, Maryland (the Bank).
