On July 31, 2018, the Board of Directors of Camden National Corporation elected Ms. Marie J. McCarthy to serve as a member of the Board of Directors effective July 31, 2018. Ms. McCarthy will serve as a member of the Board of Directors of the Company until the 2019 Annual Meeting of Shareholders. Ms. McCarthy's appointment expands the Board to 11 directors, 10 of whom are independent. She will serve on the Technology Committee for Camden National Corporation.
