Canamex Resources Corp. (TSXV:CSQ) entered into a lease and option agreement to acquire Carlin-type gold exploration property located in Nye County, Nevada on October 17, 2017. The consideration will be paid $0.02 million in cash on execution and within 12 months from the date of the agreement and other deferred payments within varying months from the date of agreement.
