Cantabio Pharmaceuticals Inc. Announces Resignation of Simon Peace from the Board

Cantabio Pharmaceuticals Inc. is a preclinical stage biotechnology company. The Company is focused on commercializing therapies and the intellectual property generated from its research and development activities for Parkinson’s disease (PD), Alzheimer’s disease (AD) and other related neurodegenerative diseases. The Company’s small molecule therapy candidates program (CB101) and protein therapy candidate (CB201) targets Parkinson’s disease and a range of neurodegenerative diseases including Alzheimer’s disease, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), Huntington’s disease and stroke.
