Bergman Clinics BV agreed to acquire six clinics in Germany of Capio AB.

Capio AB (publ) is a Sweden-based healthcare provider. It offers a diverse range of care through hospitals, primary care and specialist clinics in collaboration with public healthcare. The Capio group comprises about 60 operating units in Sweden, Norway, France, Germany and the United Kingdom. Its customers include county councils, municipalities, businesses as well as public and private insurance companies that purchase healthcare services. The Company operates numerous subsidiaries and acts as majority shareholder for Orbita Oyelegesenter AS, a clinic specialized in ophthalmology, which offers a range of eye treatments, including cataract and strabismus surgery. The Company's main shareholders are Swedbank Robur Funds and Zeres Capital.
