Capio AB Proposes Dividend, Payable on 11 May 2018

The Board of Capio AB (publ) proposed that a dividend of SEK 0.95 per share be declared and that the record date for the dividend shall be 7 May 2018. If the AGM so resolves, the dividend is expected to be distributed by Euro clear Sweden AB on 11 May 2018.

The Capio group comprises about 60 operating units in Sweden, Norway, France, Germany and the United Kingdom. Its customers include county councils, municipalities, businesses as well as public and private insurance companies that purchase healthcare services.
