CAPITALAND INDIA TRUST CapitaLand India Trust Management Pte. Ltd. (in its capacity as Trustee-Manager of CapitaLand India Trust (CLINT)) announced that CLINT has priced the JPY 4,000,000,000 1.45% Notes Due 2028 (the Series 010 Notes) to be issued by CLINT. The Series 010 Notes bear interest at 1.45% per annum, payable semi-annually in arrear and have a tenor of five years.
Mizuho Securities Asia Limited has been appointed as dealer in respect of the Series 010 Notes. The net proceeds arising from the issue of Series 010 Notes will be used for the purpose of refinancing the JPY 4,000,000,000 0.64375%t. Notes Due 2023 maturing on 18 December 2023. The Series 010 Notes are expected to be issued on 6 December 2023.
