The Company is engaged in the exploration of mineral properties in Canada and the United States. The Company's project includes Zonia Copper Oxide Project and Silver Queen Property. The Zonia Copper Oxide Project is located in Yavapai County, Arizona, the United States. The Zonia Copper Oxide Project consists of approximately 261 patented (over 96) and unpatented (approximately 185) mineral claims and over 566.85 acres of surface rights acquired from the State of Arizona comprising approximately 4,279.55 acres total. These claims include lode mining claims and millsite claims and are in the Walnut Grove Mining District. Its Silver Queen Property consists of over 47 claims, covering approximately 324 hectares (approximately 801 acres) along the southeast edge of the Zonia property.
