Effective as of August 1, 2017, the Board of Directors of Cardinal Energy Group, Inc. appointed Mr. Paul Carlisle as the Chief Operating Officer of the Company, and as a Director of the Company. Mr. Carlisle was not previously an employee or officer of the Company.
