Carindale Property Trust (ASX:CDP) and Australian Prime Property Fund Retail, a fund managed by Lend Lease Real Estate Investments Limited, acquired Millennium Boulevard Office and Retail Centre for AUD 28 million recently. Carindale Property Trust paid AUD 14 million for its share and increased its secured facility by AUD 15 million with the same lenders to fund the acquisition. Millennium Boulevard Office and Retail Centre had net income of approximately AUD 0.97 million. Andrew Gard and Nick Spiro of Cushman & Wakefield and Mike Walsh and Peter Court of CBRE brokered the transaction.
