BlackRock, acting on behalf of clients and funds, has declared to the AMF that on April 4 it crossed below the threshold of 5% of Carrefour's voting rights and now holds 6.23% of the capital and 4.97% of the voting rights of the food retail group.

The American asset management giant explained that this threshold crossing was the result of a sale of Carrefour shares on the market and a reduction in the number of shares held as collateral.
