On May 14, 2009, the Company acquired ESM Refiners, Inc. (ESM), a wholesale buyer and seller of gold, diamonds and precious metals. On October 2, 2009, the Company acquired EZSellGold.com, Inc., (EZS) engaged in the business of purchasing gold and diamonds from consumers.
