Clean Diesel Technologies, Inc. announced unaudited consolidated earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2017. For the quarter, the company reported revenues of $8,399,000 compared with $8,406,000 a year ago. Loss from operations was $340,000 compared with $3,152,000 a year ago. Loss from operations before income taxes was $216,000 compared with $919,000 a year ago. Net loss was $385,000 or $0.02 per basic and diluted share compared with $222,000 or $0.06 per basic and diluted share a year ago.
For the six months, the company reported revenues of $16,613,000 compared with $18,152,000 a year ago. Loss from operations was $2,701,000 compared with $6,369,000 a year ago.
