Cebu Holdings Inc. is a property development company. The Company is engaged in real property ownership, development, marketing and management. Its segments include Commercial development, Residential development, Shopping centers, Corporate business and Others. The Commercial development segment is engaged in the sale of commercial lots and club shares. Its Residential development segment is engaged in the sale of residential lots and condominium units. The Shopping centers segment is engaged in the development of shopping centers and leasing of retail space and land therein, to third parties; operation of movie theaters, food courts, entertainment facilities and car parks in these shopping centers, and management and operation of malls. The Corporate business segment is engaged in the development and lease of office buildings. The Others segment includes other investing activities, such as investment in joint ventures and sale of non-core assets.
