Public Joint Stock Company "Centerenergo" Auditor Raises 'Going Concern' Doubt

Tsentrenerho PAT, formerly Tsentrenerho VAT, is a Ukraine-based power generating company engaged in the generation of both thermal and electric power. The Company owns three thermal power stations - Uglegorskaya, Zmievskaya, and Tripol’skaya. The installed capacity of the unit equipment of the Company's TPPs amounts to around 7600 megawatts (MW), including 23 power units with installed capacity from 175 to 800 MW. In addition, the Company is involved in the provision of electric equipment and infrastructure maintenance, repair, and renovation services. The Company is active domestically, mainly in the territory of Kyiv and Kharkiv regions.
